RED Stamp is now introducing a Preventative Maintenance program. The program includes two visits per year from a RED Stamp factory trained service tech. At each visit the tech will thoroughly service each RED Stamp machine that is located at the facility. He will provide training for operators as needed and review the maintenance that operators should be doing on a regular basis. There are many benefits to the program including minimizing downtime, maximizing the equipment life, planned service visits, and lower costs from RED Stamp for parts and labor. IPL was chosen based on their bid for our group's business and the positive feedback that we received from members who are customers of IPL.
Program Details: Peer's agreement with IPL is for one year and locks in a price quote every 90 days. Pricing will be revised quarterly based on the CDI average - a plastic index (26th day of October 2011, January 2012, April 2012). For Peer members, price quote includes hot stamp, 2 prints/tote (1 color). The printing plate set-up charge is waived. There will be no freight charges for members located in the following states: CT, DE, IL, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NC, NH, NJ, and OH. For other members, IPL will cover 50% of the freight costs. Peer will be paying patronage dividends to the members participating in this program from the commission it receives from IPL.
